SURVEY AND CONSULTING SERVICE
Its missions:
- To define, develop, and follow up the Departmental Scheme for the Development of Tourism and Leisure.
- To coordinate and link up the actors involved.
- Statistical observation of tourism activity.
- Advice and support for project sponsors.
You are a private individual or a local authority, an association, you have a tourism project in the Gard department, whatever it may be (creation, equipment recovery, improvement of products or tourist concepts...), you are looking for advice, a view on the feasibility of your project, statistical data, a framework, you can solicit our help and we will provide you with the technical support you require.

DEPARTMENTAL OBSERVATORY FOR TOURISM ECONOMY
Traditional studies apply to 6 main themes:
- Follow-up on the offer, accommodation capacity
- Occupancy of hotels, outdoor accommodation, and furnished holiday homes.
- Quantitative assessment of the local tourist occupancy.
- Follow-up on the economic trend of the various tourism sectors (trade, activities, sites...)
- Annual tourist admissions to the Gard’s main places of interest and monuments.
- Follow-up on the demand, qualitative surveys
