VINEYARDS
Les Côtes du Rhône (A.O.C). The terroirs and vine varieties are what makes the typicity of Côtes du Rhône wines. A terroir rich in alluviums from the Rhone river which, combined with a Mediterranean climate and diverse winds, allows the vines to develop in the best possible manner. The Côtes du Rhône vineyards in the Gard department have the special feature of being represented by three main wine families: Regional Côtes du Rhône, Village Côtes du Rhône (Chusclan, Laudun, Saint Gervais, Côtes du Rhône) et local appellations (Lirac, Tavel).
Côteaux du Vivarais (A.O.C.). The Côtes du Vivarais draw their character from being located close to the Ardèche, on the high plateaus of the Cévennes. This appellation contrôlée typical of the Ardèche spans across a few thousand hectares around Barjac in the Gard department. With vine varieties such as Merlot for red wines, Grenache and Syrah for rosé wines, all the aromas are full-flavoured and powerful.
